I have purchased windows from this company in early summer.

According to the two gentlemen who came to sell me their products, I was supposed to get high quality windows and installation with life time warranty. They promised to deliver the windows within 1 month, but showed up after 4, it was such a HORRIABLE experience that I would never forget. The 3 guys that came to install my windows damaged my walls in the kitchen and living room, they damaged my furniture, it was such a mess. It took them a week to finish the job, which looked unfinished and terrible. Don’t mind the walls and the ugly job they did, 5 out of 7 windows were droughty.

I called the company and left a few messages, and never received a call back. So I decided to go to their office, which really was a private home and the company operates out of Toronto.

After contacting a lawyer I don’t really see a lot of options to get my money back.
